My Journey
My journey eventually led me to dog agility as a competitive sport. My dogs and I now compete at the national level, traveling across the country year-round and exploring new destinations almost every weekend.
Through thousands of miles on the road, I’ve gained firsthand experience navigating pet-friendly travel—what works, what doesn’t, and what truly makes a difference. I share those insights here, along with carefully selected gear I personally trust, to help you travel smarter, safer, and more comfortably with your favorite fur kid.

Animals have always been central to my life. I began exploring training dogs in my preteen years and went on to compete in dog shows with my bloodhound in my twenties. Over time, I’ve cared for a diverse group of animals, including horses, mules, sheep, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, cockatiels, parrots, chickens, and ducks.
